SPR# GFLY79JTJ7 - FilterContext->securePort has been documented in the "Lotus C API Notes/Domino Reference Guide" as returning the Servers Secure Port Number which should be 443 if a request comes in on SSL. In fact, the return value is actually 0 or 1 indicating whether the request came in over SSL (1) or not (0). In 8.5.2 the documentation has been corrected to reflect reality.
